· The OPV limits pressure to 11–12 bar to prevent over-extraction and bitterness, which accommodates inconsistencies in dose or grind size for new users. · PID temperature control and the thermally balanced brew head stabilize the extraction temperature, reducing flavor variation. Dual displays (pressure/temperature) make the process easy to monitor for beginners.
· Switch with a dedicated button: press and hold the Cold Brew button for 3 seconds while in Hot Brew mode. The machine will automatically run a 10-second water flush to lower the temperature, so no need to re-preheat. · You can use the same grind size with the same grinder for both modes, making it beginner-friendly.
· Cold brew from this machine is smooth, sweet, and clean with low acidity. It's perfect for iced Americanos and iced lattes. · Ready in just 2 minutes, it replaces traditional cold brew and store-bought iced drinks.
· Two-Stage Cold Brew combines a 2-second hot bloom to release aroma, followed by a low-temperature, low-pressure pump slow brew. It finishes in just 2 minutes for a balanced, non-sour flavor. Traditional cold brew takes 10–12 hours and is far less efficient. · Hot brew uses a stable 92–96°C extraction with a thermally balanced brew head and OPV (11–12 bar pressure limiting) for richer crema and oils.
Use fresh medium-roast beans, grind slightly coarser than you would for espresso, and keep the extraction time between 2–3 minutes.
Backflush the machine every 2 months using a blind basket and cleaning powder. Descale regularly based on your water quality. After using cold brew mode, run a 10-second water flush to clean the lines. Using purified water daily will also help reduce limescale buildup.
