We strongly advise all consumers, in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please purchase Gemilai products only through legitimate channels, including our official brand website, our official online stores, and authorized distributors. Counterfeit websites typically feature outdated and poorly designed content, use private contact information, and lack proper after-sales support. Please verify the authenticity of any website before making a purchase. Only products purchased through our official channels are eligible for our warranty and support services.

Any merchant or individual that promotes or sells our products without authorization is strictly prohibited from using the "格米莱" or "Gemilai" trademarks, or any of our product marketing materials, including but not limited to images, videos, and text. Unauthorized parties are also prohibited from operating counterfeit websites, setting up unauthorized sales pages, providing private contact information, or falsely marking product specifications and prices. Once discovered, our company will require the relevant parties to remove and delete the infringing content and may take formal legal action.
