• G3038A is designed as a premium home espresso machine for 1–4 users, and also supports light commercial scenarios with up to 25 cups per day.
• The 2L heat exchange (HX) boiler system delivers strong thermal stability and can continuously brew approximately 6–8 shots with minimal temperature fluctuation.

• The 2L HX boiler features separated brewing and steaming circuits, enabling simultaneous espresso extraction and milk steaming.
• The commercial-grade 3-hole solenoid steam wand produces dry, powerful steam, ideal for silky microfoam and latte art.

• G3038A is equipped with a classic 58mm solid brass E61 group head.
• The thermosyphon system circulates hot water naturally from the HX boiler to maintain stable brewing temperature without additional heating, ensuring consistent thermal stability even during continuous use.

Full warm-up time is approximately 20 minutes due to the high thermal mass of the solid brass E61 group head.

*Tip: Perform a short cooling flush before the first shot for more stable temperature and better extraction consistency.

G3038A features an external dual-mode adjustable OPV system:

• Mode 1: Preset extraction pressure (6–12 bar) before brewing
• Mode 2: Real-time pressure adjustment during extraction
  

Factory default is 9 bar. Recommended settings:

• Start at 9 bar for beginners
• Light roast: 6–7 bar for enhanced sweetness and clarity
• Dark roast: slightly lower pressure toward the end of extraction to reduce bitterness
  

Recommended maintenance schedule:

• Daily: Run some water through the group head after brewing to remove coffee residue from the shower screen
• Weekly: Use the included cleaning disc to add espresso machine detergent for backflushing
• Every 2–3 months: Deep descaling depending on water hardness
• Every 12–18 months: Replace group head gasket based on actual wear / tightness from use (available separately)
