1. Fill the detachable water tank 2. Turn on the switch to preheat (nearly 3 mins ) , wait until all coffee buttons stays on and "000" stops flashing on the display 3. Add coffee powder to the filter and tamp evenly 4. Install the portafilter to the machine in place 5. Press the coffee making buttons for extraction 6. Turn on the steam konb to make foam with steam wand
1. In order to ensure the best performance of the appliance, the cleanliness of its inner water channels, and the pure, good taste of your coffee, the appliance should be descaled and maintained with descaler or citric acid on a regular basis of every 1-3 months;
Steam handle not reset – Ensure the steam handle is fully reset and press the steam button to exit steam mode.
High Temperature Reminder: When just switching from steam mode to extraction mode, or after making several cups of coffee in a row, the internal water temperature is too high to continue extracting coffee;

The difference of the 3006 model and the 3007L is as followed 1. 3007L has 550ml brew boiler + upgraded steam thermoblock , which is commercial settings. 3006 is only thermoblock for brewing and steaming 2. 3007L is 2-in-1 boiler and group head design, keep the stable temperature. 3006 is thermal group head. 3. 3007L has adjustable extraction flow rate function. 4. 3007L is 3-hole steam wand while 3006 is 2-hole. And 3006 is lever steam handle design. Both Two models all have PID and double display screen design. If you prefer barister operation at home, 3007L is better. If this is your first espresso machine, 3006 is enough.
