1. Fill the detachable water tank
2. Turn on the switch to preheat (nearly 5 mins ) .Make sure wait until all buttons stay lit
3. Add coffee powder to the filter and tamp evenly
4. Install the portafilter to the machine in place
5. Press the coffee making buttons for extraction
6. Turn on the steam konb to make foam with steam wand

2. Pre-infusion Time: 0-30s

Steam knob not fully closed – Turn the steam knob tightly to close it completely.

Model G3007L is without OPV. It has a flow control valve near the  group head, which is a device that regulates the flow of water. You can regulate the flow rate of water through it during the extraction process, which can affect the flavor of the coffee.
